Winter meal


Pink lentils, Thaï rice, tagliatelle of yellow and purple carrots, broccoli and hummus. This is seasonal and rustic.
Soaking legumes for 12 hours reduces cooking time and helps to better assimilate their nutrients, especially their proteins and all the calcium they are rich in.
